I'm not too concerned about that particular case. Let's say I'm  
desperate to get a job with a particular company which *doesn't* have  
an uncomfortable dress code... =)

Since the posts about Dress Code have been about the "norms" for  
working with clients, I'm just curious if there are "norms" as well  
for job interviews in the creative field and if they are trending  
towards less formal.

In other words, while the dress code may be lax for those who are  
"in", a job candidate is not "in" yet and the same rules probably  
don't apply for the interview. Or maybe they do. Thoughts?
