But maybe for not even making an effort - I once had to interview
somebody they turned up in shorts and t-shirt with the word geek
emblazoned across the centre.

The candidate should at least think about what they are wearing - if
they can't dress appropriately for an interview (i.e do some research
to find out about the agency) then what kind of UX person are they
gonna be -
