> - Develop detailed page schematics
> - Determine technology needs for initiatives by working closely with a

> with visual designers
> - Facilitate development of product prototypes for usability testing and
> proof-of-concept purposes
> - Help define methodology for usability tests, assist with testing
> walkthrough, and contribute to reports
> - Present design solutions to business representatives and other

> - Manage outside agencies engaged during various project phases

> Skills & Qualifications:
>
> - Minimum 3 years web application interaction design experience
> - Masters Degree in Interaction Design or related field preferred
> - Experience with complex financial services product offerings,especially
> on the web
> - Ability to understand and interpret existing site design and style
> guides, and create effective solutions within those guidelines
> - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through various formats
> (oral, written, graphic design) with project team and clients,
> both individually and in groups
> - Working knowledge of web-related technologies including HTML, XML,
> JavaScript, and Flash
> - Working knowledge of visual design tools including Visio, Photoshop,
> Illustrator
> - Demonstrated knowledge of product creation processes, particularly how
> they pertain to web development
> - Strong conceptual design, collaborative, and organizational skills
> - Strong communications skills and ability to present work to clients and
> executives
> - Dedication to detail and deadlines
> - Motivation for continuous improvement and ability to lead and motivate
> others
> - Resilience under pressure and flexibility in potential conflict
> situations
