[Sigia-l] Divvying Up IA Work

In the past I have worked on smaller projects where I was the sole UX/IA
from start to finish.  Now that we are getting bigger projects and doing
more with less people, this isn't always feasible and we may either need
to delegate more work internally or even possibly outsource some
portions.  I'm curious how others on the list divide & delegate IA work?
Where are good hand-off points?  Thanks in advance.
