[Sigia-l] Finding good junior people ...... was Re: What happened to the good IAs

Most job ads for senior IAs ask for 3-5 years of experience. I have 8 
years IA experience, so wonder what I am. Maybe I'm an ancient IA.

Or maybe we just all grow up into consultants. That's a scary thought.
