What that tells me is that these companies' principal problem is not (just)
that they can't differentiate between senior/junior IAs, but that they
hadn't hired a strategic Designer in a position to lead their effort who in
fact can and should to begin with. Some VP of marketing or IT leading
product design will do that to you. Let's not get lost among the symptoms
again.
