[Sigia-l] do web projects abide by theory D or by theory P?

I'd go for C for chaotic, in the scientific sense of the word: a dynamic
process sensitive to initial conditions, which, in the case of design,
could be identified as personal background, education, group
interactions, technology, budget and time constraints, etc.
You might argue that chaos is deterministic, but although this is true
in a broader sense for natural processes (say, the growth of an olive
tree), I'm not so sure about artificial processes, such as designing,
where we usually have fewer but much more complex cycles and the outcome
may be largely undetermined at the start.
