This discussion started with a simple question from Dimitri about how
folks initiated a project. The 20 hour figure is mine - it's what we
usually use for a heuristic site evaluation. Suddenly, the words and
numbers have been twisted so that a fairly straightforward product is
expected to perform strategic miracles it was never designed to
address.

Thank you. Apparently we are geniuses as our problems are not always
simple and our clients are rarely stupid.
Of course, if we are not geniuses, then our clients are suckers and
we are frauds. I choose to ignore this potential insult and would
suggest that we retire this thread gracefully.
