IA: "Dear potential client. In preparing this proposal I visited your
website and attempted to complete some standard tasks. I wanted to buy
stamps so I could send a parcel to a colleague. I couldn't find out how
to buy stamps on your site - it took me 30 minutes and all I found was
collectable stamps. During this project, I strongly recommend we focus
on ensuring that users can complete the most common tasks easily"

Prospective client: "Have you ever heard of the corner store - they sell
stamps. So does your local post office. We have those all around the
country. Most people don't live more than 10 minutes away from one."

Based loosely on a true story ;)
