Well, the standard in NYC for multi-linguality are the dermatology and
podiatry ads on subways. :-)

The point I was making was that this depends on the granularity of
expectations. In intensely multi-cultural venues, who do you really want to
reach? While there are practical limitations, in digital delivery are
official or 'quasi-standard' languages sufficient?
