We are actively seeking a talented UI engineer with a strong interest
in effective application design to work on web-based applications for
the transportation sector.  Our software group is made up of extremely
capable and personable individuals who are passionate about software,
thrive on collaboration, and take great pride in our work.  We seek
candidates with excellent communication skills who embrace
user-centered design, iterative and incremental development, and agile
practices.  Candidates should have a skilled, practical, and
well-rounded approach to software development and a track record of
delivering high-quality software on time and within budget.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science; solid
object-oriented design and development skills; at least two years of
Microsoft ASP.NET/C# and/or Java/J2EE web development focusing on the
presentation tier; CSS; and hands-on experience with test-driven
development, unit testing with xUnit frameworks, and related
practices.  Highly valued: AJAX; visual design; human factors;
usability; and experience in building ADA-compliant applications.
