I think you give this person too much credit. This kind of thing  
happens way too often here. His apparent humour is constantly  
misunderstood by others. He blames the others. It's never his fault.  
"I'm just misunderstood..." Blah, blah, blah. If you're constantly  
this misunderstood, then something is wrong with your approach and  
you should change it. He doesn't want to change it.

I'm really tired of people making excuses for Ziya. This kind of  
behavior wouldn't be tolerated from anyone else. I fail to see why  
it's tolerated from him.

People, stop making excuses for Ziya and move on. Get back to the  
topic at hand. Stop letting him take the value out of every single  
conversation we have here. There's way too much noise on this list,  
which is why I rarely read it and which is why I have a filter that  
anything from Ziya goes directly to my trash. That gets rid of 1/2  
the noise on this list. Now, if there's a way I could get rid of the  
rest of the noise clambering about Ziya....
