Leading Telco are seeking a Usability Manager to Lead the User-Centred
design across web, WAP, hardware/software products and all 

customer touch points to deliver a world class customer experience. 

 

Duties include:

 

Managing a small team of Usability consultants.

Leading the development of IA, interaction design and accessibility
standards

Managing usability testing agencies and budgets

Developing the Usability profile within the UK company, and beyond.

 

Ideally, suitable candidates will have:

 

6 years + expereicne as IA/ interaction designer

Be strategic in outlook and capable of offering thought leadership

Experience of managing research agency relationships.

 

Central London

Immediate

£45- £55k + great benefits.
