define usability requirements for a product.
* Utilize requirements, use cases, and user-centered analysis to design
the structure, interface, interactions, and visual design of products
that are highly usable and aesthetically appealing.
* Develop conceptual diagrams, site maps, wireframes, and design comps.
* Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and style
guides.
* Conduct heuristic reviews and usability testing to identify key user
problems and associated solutions.
* Contribute to the Product Design group's knowledge base of
user-centered design and research methodologies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

to work constructively with development teams.
* Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and
design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles, issues, and
techniques.
* Experience conducting user-research and usability testing.
* Demonstrated ability to produce user-centered design solutions as
evidenced by a portfolio or samples of work.

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
