Position Description: 
The Senior Web Producer role will focus on bringing business
requirements to implementation in cooperation with all company
departments. This position is responsible for managing a large corporate
Intranet serving a diverse and global employee base. The ability to
coordinate multiple concurrent projects is key. Image
production/optimization, hand-coded HTML, CSS, and DHTML skills are
required. You will be working with Microsoft's Sharepoint Services and
Portal technologies, so general or specific experience with Microsoft
server technologies and/or .NET is a big plus. Previous experience with
document and content management systems is preferred. 

* Lead Web projects and programs from concept to launch. 
* Assess and classify projects to determine scope and resource needs. 
* Lead cross-team workflow and delivery of project components. 
* Customize applications and develop sites based on business
requirements and user needs. 
* Maintain information architecture. 
* Conduct user tests. 
* Develop user-interface solutions and recommendations based on user
testing. 
* Work with internal clients to develop and interpret traffic analysis
reports. 
* Promote and communicate Intranet projects to functional areas around
the company. 
* Communicate and lead Web processes, standards, and guidelines. 
* Train end-users on related technology tools and applications. 

Position Requirements: 
Requires a BA/BS in Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction,
Communications, Computer Science, or related disciplines. 5+ years
experience in Web production. In-depth knowledge of Web production
standards and processes including dynamic publishing. Results-oriented
professional with track record for managing implementation of Web
programs for high-tech audience. Proven ability to drive projects from
start to finish. Ability to set clear goals and manage tasks to
aggressive schedules. Strong communication, team-building, and time
management skills. Extreme attention to detail. Knowledge of Web
standards, work flow processes, and trends in technologies a must.
