Enlighten is seeking an Information Architect for 7-8 weeks of strategic,
usability and functional specification work for a website redesign project.
This is a contract position with the possibility of transitioning to a
regular position at the end of the contract.

What You'll be Doing
You'll be a part of a dedicated Information Architecture department that
shapes the IA, usability and interaction design of websites, CD-ROMs, kiosks
and whatever else our clients throw our way. That means... 

•    User needs analysis:  Employ a variety of user research techniques to
bring new insights into how clients understand their users' interactive
needs
•    Business process analysis: Help clients integrate online processes with
offline business practices 
•    Structuring complex content: Create calm in the chaos of organically
growing content
•    Designing Web site organization and navigation systems: Translate user
and business needs into meaningful structures
•    Developing user interface functional specifications: Define the user
experience at every level of the functionality
•    Developing content models and supporting the content management
engineering process: Help make sure clients are ready to maintain the
integrity of their website as their content grows and changes 

Capabilities
•    Exceptional analytical skills
•    Creative problem-solving skills
•    Strong written communication and presentation skills
•    Ability to convey business concepts to technical folks and technical
concepts to business folks 
•    A practical understanding of current Web and information technologies
•    Mastery of details
•    Ability to closely collaborate as a part of a team comprised of
business, creative and technical types
•    Experience with usability testing is required 
•    Experience in financial services sector desirable

Percentage Travel :  < 10% Travel
