[Sigia-l] Usability of scrolling news headlines?

Shalom,

I am looking for hard (measured, tested) information on the user
experience of rolling headlines that many websites have.

I want to know:

- Do people click on rolling headlines more than they click on fixed
headlines?

- Do people hate/like/indifferent to rolling headlines?

- Do the rolling headlines really convey a feeling of freshness?

Any links to existing information or to places where I can find the
information will be much appreciated.
