| structure |

| Description of duties & responsibilities: |
| |
| Ø Serve as the global intranet site manager and oversee the day to day site |
| management. |
| Ø Conduct content analysis with business area to determine intended audience, |
| content needs, content plan |
| Ø Work with business groups to determine project scope and specifications. |
| Projects include establishing community of practice, creation of information |
| repository, creation of web asset, rollout of new internet designs, and creation of |
| new intranet/internet sites. |
| Ø Understand user interests, business needs and identify content providers and |
| technologies that can deliver a successful content experience for intranet users |
| Ø Work with content providers to determine how business unit material fits into |
| the overall site architecture |
| Ø Identify best practices and strategic and tactical plans for content design and|
| publishing in collaboration with multiple business areas |
| Ø Leverage best practices and experience to guide business group through the |
| process to deliver a product that suits their needs |
| Ø Train Content Management Application business users. Coach and support them |
| day-to-day |
| Ø Train local content managers and site managers on web analytic tool. Coach and |
| support them day to day |
| Ø Ensure published content is maintained and compliant, and has an owner, by |
| interacting with various business groups and partners |
| Ø Provide and adhere to content guidelines and content management process |
| Ø Develop information architecture for new sub sites and sections on global KE |
| Ø Review and edit content supplied by business for clarity, effectiveness (using |
| writing style guidelines) |
| Ø Manage and respond to intranet feedback database |
| Ø Manage and complete service requests |
| Ø Complete content entry. |
