Hi Eric,

I actually got to use the line "yes, it would be a perfect system if 
not for the end users" in a sentance the other day, I didn't realise 
how much I had missed it :)

Perhaps we need to start a canonical list of UCD motherhood statements 
(unless someone has one already?). I'm thinking about wonderfully 
blinding generalisations like "If you want something used, make it 
usable" and "A few small design changes can have a profound ROI effect 
- here's an example". Perhaps this could be expanded into a set of 
potted elevator pitches - I know that a lot of firms have these, not 
sure how many are available for common use (albeit that I haven't 
actually researched it for a while so there could be a thousand IA 
elevator pitch blogs that I don't know about yet).
