Job Summary

As a Senior Designer at Sapient, you function as a key member of the
Creative Design team and you will be responsible for the development and
execution of creative concepts for leading-edge Web solutions and software. 

Key Responsibilities:

•	Develop creative brief by gathering business and design requirements thru
client and team meetings.
•	Develop and frame creative concepts according to creative brief
requirements.
•	Extend existing online visual systems across applications or Websites with
moderate design changes or interpretation
•	Create new visual design systems based on offline systems.
•	Present comps to clients and team members; back up and defend design
rational.
•	Manage and execute final concept thru completion of project
•	Develop and define online standards in form of style guides.
•	Work with team/client to develop and create basic process flow and story
boards.
•	Mentor co-workers and provide design inspiration
•	Identify tools, templates, and techniques that evolve existing approaches
for the larger Creative Design community at Sapient.
Job Requirements:

•	Must provide url/portfolio 
•	Bachelor's degree preferred in design-related discipline: Interaction,
Information or Interface design; Human-Computer Interaction; Design
Planning; Graphic Design; Communications. 
•	3+ years of industry experience 
•	Candidates must be well-versed in user-centered design methods and
techniques
•	Proficient to expert in: Illustrator, Photoshop  
•	Excellent verbal and written skills
•	Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously 
•	Ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams
•	Prior experience in a consulting firm preferred
•	Experience in offline or various mediums a plus
