[Sigia-l] Senior IA/UI gig in NYC

A few months ago I had to turn down an interesting and challenging project
due to another contractual obligation and, after seeing a whole bunch of
senior candidates, the client is still looking for someone to lead the
project.

It's a 2-3 year old company in financial services, well funded, partly owned
by Merrill Lynch and one of the top ranked by FastCompany's Fast 50. You'd
be dealing directly with the CEO, who's a bright fellow.

It's strategy, architecture and interface integrated. Two apps, one
data/reporting and the other consumer-facing. The first part should take
about 4 months, the second app would follow. Flexible time, meetings at
client's and actual work at your own place/pace, if you'd like.

You need to be able to understand the client's business processes/model/info
flow and refine/automate it. It's a good challenge. It would obviously help
if you had financial industry experience. The pay should be very
competitive.

It's been a while so I hope I'm remembering all this correctly, but give me
a holler if you are interested.
