Or if one doesn't grok the nuance in the expression "buying deliverables,"
as opposed to "delivering a project."
One can turn in garbage, it'll count as "deliverable," after all it's
delivered. Hopefully, clients that aspire beyond that will insist on
expertise to raise their odds against the vagaries of "capitalism."
