Sure.

OTH, Microsoft Expression was created precisely to overcome the notion that
design/conceptual prototype should be any "different" than production-level
final product, as they share the very same XAML codebase. Its implementation
and deployment issues aside (OK they are significant, but) this is indeed
the way to go.
