Meet Ray Ozzie, Microsoft CTO, who says his company has to follow Apple's
path to be successful, at least in digital music.
In this thread, we are not comparing MSFT vs. AAPL. Clearly they have
different approaches to product design and UX delivery. What we are
comparing is their approach in digital music, a segment of the consumer
market where, generally speaking, individual users make relatively cheap
purchasing decisions for their own benefit, as opposed to IT dept buying
desktops in volume for corporate users.
In *this* market, Apple's approach clearly trounced Microsoft's so far. And
Microsoft promised to change its approach to align with Apple's.
