Under pain of torture, yes. :-)
What I'm after is not so much documentation on the victorious
team/group/committee outcome, as that is usually blindingly obvious from the
resulting design, but the dissenting/minority opinion. The reason I am there
is because the former failed and the latter may have the keys to the
solution.
