I was wondering if you have ever had any feedback on negative impacts
of pre-checking the boxes, anecdotal or otherwise.
The small businesses I work with feel that the impression they leave
their customers with is ultra-important, so I've always avoided this
approach out of fear of annoying customers. But does it? As a rule I
have no control over what the email newsletter would contain or
whether it even ever gets produced, so the issue of being worthwhile
is kind of out of the picture.
Interested to hear of any views.
