I have been following this type of research for years with great interest.

I think some of you may remember the research that is happening @ UCLA::

Funny thought:

IA in a box (sort of): Take a set of design and data assets --- use genetic
algorithms to derive layouts/functionality --- show possibilities to groups
of people while on brain scan -- use neural nets to understand (cluster) the
huge amounts of raw reaction data --- feed back as growth-constraints into
the genetic designers until the most efficient design and functionality is
achieved for that set of assets. The assets themselves could be derived in
this fashion as well, from say more raw assets...ad infinitum...
