Hi:

I am interested to hear what other firms allow on employee page on
their intranet. I am curious because few of them whom I came to know
recently, does not allow employee data beyond what comes from Active
Directory - name, contact, designation, reporting structure, etc.

I am wondering --
1. What types of information is allowed on employee page, in your firm?
2. How much control does employee has over his information?
3. If your firm does not allow it, why? (and visa-versa).
4. Your opinion on -- will it work as motivators or de-motivators if
management decides to introduce it?
