[Sigia-l] Career Paths in the Usability / IA Space

I have a team of 4 user centered designers, with a broad skill set in
usability and IA.  They spend some of their time doing project work, such
as user testing, task analysis, design, etc. and some time doing strategic
work, such as evaluating tools and improving our processes.  All team
members have masters degrees in HCI or related disciplines and our team has
been together over a year.  I am looking for information on career paths in
the usability / IA field in order to keep the team motivated and
productive.  Does anyone have sample career paths, titles, duties, etc.
they can share?  I have searched quite a bit and not come up with much
useful information.
