We are currently developing a web application, which for a number of
reasons, is being driven by a back-end legacy system that splits addresses
into Street Number, Fraction, Direction Prefix, Street Name, Street Type,
Direction Suffix, Apt/Other, City, State, Zip layout.

I am looking for comments or examples on the following:

For web applications, is there a standard entry format or layout that you
use? Is Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip the defacto standard or is
anyone using other layouts?
