[Sigia-l] WINDS relation browser

I like it!  I would like to use it in one of my applications if,
as you said the data is managed separately from the visualization
function.  I love its snappiness and simplicity.

To whoever is designing it:  Please let me know if the functionality
is portable to other similar network arrays.
