Brief Job Description:
Responsible for online design and customer experience and for general
day-to-day site maintenance. Responsible for interface and graphic
design for new projects, and for ensuring design consistency throughout
website and email campaigns.


Responsibilities:
  * Design graphics as needed for the AirTran website and emails
  * Draft wire frames as needed for new page layouts
  * Interaction design for transactional elements
  * Work with internal groups and vendors in planning and implementing
projects
  * Oversee and implement interface development in coordination with
other Crew Members and vendors
  * General day-to-day maintenance of the site content
  * Plan and coordinate usability testing and apply findings to site


Qualifications:
  * Must have strong CSS and flash skills
  * Must have experience with online interaction design
  * Experience working with a customer-focused e-commerce website
  * Detail-oriented
  * Able to meet short deadlines
  * Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to represent
online marketing interests within the company and with vendors
  * Bachelors degree preferred
