No doubt, you give it a good start, but in the case of web sites, are
they ever done? Isn't a great vehicle for feedback and way to
monitor usage?
How do you differentiate design from usability in web sites? Or
maybe, more specifically, in the case of site that is utility driven
- like Flickr or something, where it's about making it easy to use.
