The Montague Institute will hold a teleconference roundtable discussion on
January 17,
2007 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm Eastern time.

The topic of discussion is how to improve search engine performance for
either an
intranet or public Web site. This is NOT a discussion of how to improve your
company's
ranking in Google's search results. Instead, it's about how to save time for
users. It
will also be useful if you're thinking of acquiring or replacing a search
engine. For
a list of discussion topics, see http://www.montague.com/roundtable32.html.

Walter Underwood, currently search "guru" with Netflix and formerly search
architect
for Ultraseek, will share his tips and techniques. We invited him to speak
not only
because he really knows his stuff, but also because he's a straight talker,
understands organizational priorities, and can explain geeky topics in
layman's terms.

Space is limited, so you should reserve your spot early. To register and pay
by credit
card, call (413) 367-0245. To request a pro forma invoice for payment by
check, send
me an e-mail.

Regards,
Jean
