I agree that sometimes people may prefer to use Web forms (in which case 
I wish they were designed better without the constraints that they so 
often impose on the size and contents of messages).

I just wish that somewhere on a "contact us" page there was also a list 
of proper email addresses, which need not be "mailto:" links but ones 
which I can paste into my email program if I wish to communicate in that 
way.
