Oh, they may know their users but, let's say, the owner's wife wants a new
yacht and the word comes down to increase page views by 20% this quarter,
pronto. The edict is to split every article/form/etc into at least 3
parts/pages. And none of that "Printable version" or "View as one page"
alternative stuff. How are you going to fly that UCD best practice banner
then? :-)
