Since the dominant advertising model is now Pay Per Click, not the Pay
Per View of the 90s, what difference does page view's make to revenue? 
Any business that relies on PPV, these days, will be fading fast
regardless of their AJAXiness.

Improve the user experience, increase page visit length, and people
will be more likely to click on those "ads by Gooooogle", thus
increasing your revenue.
