Kaiser Permanente is looking for someone who thrives on User-Centered
Design and helping to create a great User Experience. The ideal
candidate will have 4+ years of usability testing experience with an
emphasis on Web usability testing and evaluation.

This person will arrange, conduct and coordinate usability testing for
new and existing features on KP.org, and will also be responsible for
analysis and reporting, as well as presenting recommendations to key
stakeholders.

Requirements for this position include;

*Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Factors, Cognitive, or
Experimental Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, or related field,
or demonstrated related job experience (Experimental background and
Master's degree preferred).

*4+ years of usability testing experience with an emphasis on Web
usability testing and evaluation.

*A basic understanding of web development/HTML driven design.

*A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint) and Visio.

*A strong working knowledge of, and experience applying statistical
analysis to usability assessments.

*Comfortable setting up video and computer equipment for testing.

*Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills including
presentation skills.
