Maybe this is some kind of UI standard in the ERP industry. I have
seen very similar error messages in Peoplesoft systems.

hilarious in terms of how incredibly un-useful it is to me as a user
and the fact that with the "What has happened" and "What can I do," I
can just see a design-by-committee scenario where this was deemed
user-centered.
