Hi Eric,

IMHO the org chart should always be one browse facet, especially on 
government jobs, but never the sole one. I do not think it should be 
discarded entirely just because it was misused in the past (and again, 
very much IMHO, this is like not indexing the chapter titles of a manual 
because this was all some people used to do).
