Europeans are lazy and Americans are impulsive :-)
(Has continental - and I'll include British as well here - startup
activity ever been high? American startups have always been a-glittering
in the night, and unless they have some pretty cool time travel
technology I'm sure it hasn't always been because of Ruby on Rails... ;-)
