I have to agree with the Hiring manager.
What's stored in black and white (paper or electronic) is not the same as
what's stored in the white and grey matter that walks out the door! It's
often not the project knowledge that counts most its also the people and
organisational knowledge'
"i make a herculean effort to document all of my work, write specs, save
files in an organized fashion and share my project knowledge with all
the team members so that they can continue to work on the project
after i'm gone or hire someone to pick up where i left off.
