Katherine,

I run the OK/Cancel Job boards where we get approximately 20 postings
a week and we only do UX job postings. There are simply so many
opportunities out there that I think demand has exceeded supply. At
least quality supply.

I've also heard a lot of good things about Experience People, which is
run by Challis Hodge. www.experiencepeople.com

[Shamelessly plugging our own site: because we only get eyeballs of UX
people and offer an RSS feed on our postings, we get a targeted set of
visitors. So to get a posting noticed, we also offer what we call
Premium Job Postings which are paid postings that you see staying at
the top of the page (currently BBC and SimStar).

Other than that, the other job banks I can think of are HCI IRN, UPA,
and as you mentioned, the mailing lists.
