Yes, but there are much simpler ways to achieve the two workflows you
mentioned *without* requiring users to navigate to and from a sitemap.
(Without knowing your parameters, a single input field can take you to any
specific portion of a form in a single click and without a page refresh.
That's why document.anchors was invented :-)
