OFFICE FOR THE COORDINATION OF HUMANITARIAN AFFAIRS
              INTEGRATED REGIONAL INFORMATION NETWORK (IRIN)

Integrated Regional Information Networks (IRIN), the humanitarian news and
information service of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of
Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) hereby requests proposals for a visual design
plus functional/technical review of the web site and email subscription
services .

The review will primarily offer recommendations for the subsequent updating
and redesign of the web site's information architecture, functionality and
visual appearance, facilitating the addition of further IRIN services
(regional and linguistic expansion) and furnishing guidance on ways to
improve the efficiency, reliability and cost effectiveness of the services
offered.

The overall objective of the review is to provide a firm basis for a
comprehensive overhaul of IRIN's web site and email delivery system,
bringing IRIN fully up to date with the latest thinking and technical
innovations to aid information delivery.
