[Sigia-l] How long will it take?

Hi Marcel,

I too work duel screen - it speeds up the IA process no end - especially
for creating 'as is' site maps. I know the problem you are talking about -
something made even worse by the new version of Photoshop (it's windowing
works in a much better way but the pay off is potentially more confusion).

The more I work on two screen the more I see how windows isn't friendly to
users like me, especially if I then take my lap top away and work on one
screen.

I think the whole two screen thing and application focus thing you are
talking about would require a rethink from the ground up, it's more likely
to happen in MacOs as Windows is more focused on adding functionality than
rethinking the core of how their interface works. In my view Windows needs
to be trimmed back, even if it would be unpopular with some 'power users'
or engineering types, you know, the ones that use XP in classic mode.

Cheers
