You're not? The only commonality among that motley crew of terms is pretty
much the fact that they were bunched together artificially at a specific
part of the screen real estate: bottom. And that *is* the reason why you

Sorry to have not made it more explicit that I wasn't referring specifically
to you personally. But don't tell me that people who otherwise don't spend
any time here find it perfectly acceptable to drop by and foist a phrase or
two, which by merest of all cosmological confluences, happen to be the
subject of their upcoming book. Talk about straw man...

Which isn't a whole lot less explanatory than some of the stuff already
suggested.
