I don't believe this is the reason we can't decide on a standard application. The reason 
is that we are doing a very wide range of projects, working with people with varying 
skillsets, and have a range of skills ourselves. It's the same reason why we can't 
define the damn thing and why we have long discussions about roles and titles 
frequently ;)
