[Sigia-l] Wisdom and best practices

"Best Practices", like meditation, can be an inspiration, but 
shouldn't be a strait-jacket. 

There's an old joke:
    Are you in Rio de Janeiro? - No
    Are you in Capetown? - No
    Then you must be someplace else. And if you're someplace else, you 
    certainly can't be where you are now...

"Best Practices" accomplish particular tasks in a particular 
environment really well. If the environment and the tasks are 
identical to yours, then "Best Practices" will work really well for 
you. But any differences degrade the "Best" part really quick.

Solutions are a relation, not an absolute.
