[Sigia-l] Junior IAs?

At the company I work for we have multiple levels that start at the Jr. IA and end at the Director of UX. Through a career developing program people transition to other levels as they achieve certain levels of expertise. We hire people of all levels, though I must say for some reason it's been hard to hire Ias in Chicago, of any level.

Cheers,

// Andrés
